Michael Boatner - Vice President, RTH Services

Mr. Boatner has extensive experience in various elements of the real estate industry. With over 10 years in commercial and residential real estate, he has developed, managed, and marketed multiple real estate developments. In addition to his real estate expertise, Michael’s background includes the facilitation of architectural and engineering facets of the self-storage industry as well as their management and sale.

Mr. Boatner is currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Connect Realty where he is instrumental in the management of many elements of their technology platform, including the coordination with the IT Department in developing, executing and maintaining the systems that generate clients. Furthermore, his responsibilities include recruiting Realtors across the country utilizing various platforms and technologies; providing support to agents over a wide scope of subjects and concerns; and managing Connect Realty offices in over 50 markets.

Mr. Boatner holds a BA in Political Science from Texas State University and is a Master’s Candidate in the Political Science Graduate program at Texas State University.
